Antonia Simi

Antonia Simi was born in 1999 in Siena, Italy. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Siena in 2021 and subsequently earned her master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Pavia in 2023. Following her master’s studies, she spent eight months as a research fellow in the laboratory of Professor Giuseppe Zanoni at the University of Pavia, where her work focused on the application of electrochemical methodologies to organic synthesis. Since October 2024, she has been pursuing her PhD in the same laboratory under the supervision of Professor Zanoni. Her doctoral research is centred on electrochemical processes, with a particular focus on the development and application of electrochemical methods for the synthesis of organic molecules and drugs.
