Nicholas Capittini

Nicholas Capittini was born in 2001 in Pavia, Italy. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry in 2022 and his Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry cum laude in 2024 at the University of Pavia, under the supervision of Prof. Giuseppe Zanoni. During his Master’s Thesis, he focused on electrochemical reactions applied to natural products. In 2024, he began his Ph.D. studies at the same university, under the joint supervision of Prof. Giuseppe Zanoni and Gianluca Bianchini. His doctoral work is currently focused on the synthesis of novel radiopharmaceuticals, in collaboration with the pharmaceutical company Dompé. Alongside his research, Nicholas serves as a teaching tutor in Laboratory of Organic Chemistry and Mass Spectrometry courses at the University of Pavia.
