Eleonora Tufano was born in 1998 in Italy. She earned her B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Insubria in 2020, followed by an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pavia in 2022. That same year, she began her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Pavia under the supervision of Professor Giuseppe Zanoni, focusing on metal acyl-nitrenoids promoted biomimetic cyclizations.In 2025, she joined the group of Prof. Bill Morandi at ETH Zürich as a visiting Ph.D. student for six months.
